Job Details

The Role
Join this global luxury brand and lead on all aspects of security for their people, property and products. You will be instrumental in running the security program in APAC.
You will ensure that policies and procedures on security, loss prevention, business continuity, crisis management and risk are fit for purpose and effective. You will ensure that the security strategy is communicated throughout the region and that the Brand, reputation, stores, offices and franchises are protected. Oversee the security of new store openings, security awareness training of staff and liaison with providers and suppliers.  As an effective communicator and team player, you will collaborate and support piers to ensure the security and safety of people, property and assets.

The Person

• Fluent English, ideally knowledge of Mandarin
• Experience of managing security/profit protection through APAC region.
• Crisis management and business continuity experience.
• Hands on security professional, who has great interpersonal skills and is flexible in their approach to challenges.
• Experience of working with a multi-cultural international environment an advantage.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Be able to develop and nurture relationships necessary for the success of the business.
