They seek a Security Compliance Transformation Program Manager to assist with the implementation of strategic business plans which ensure success within the existing client base while developing and growing key relationships within functions supporting them. The Security Compliance Transformation PM will report to the VP of Strategic Initiatives and Governance (SIG) and work across the lines of businesses and shared service providers. The Role:
Support business and technical needs/feedback in key leadership forums with engineering and business leaders.
Engage LOB’s (line-of-business) for collaboration with Security and engineering teams to drive design wins and platform adoption compliance with a variety of certifications and auditing.
Working to resolve compliance questions and to understand how to manage risk and achieve compliance while operating in the Cloud through deep dive discussions, strategic presentations/recommendations.
Working with security and engineering teams to convey deep technical requirements from input to service roadmaps.
Gather and analyze potential red flags to Auditing processes and dependencies.
Monitor compliance trends in the Americas and globally, including compliance initiatives, industry compliance failures and other internal and external Compliance trends to provide insight for leadership knowledge forums, newsletters, and employee groups.

The Person:
Knowledge of Auditing processes and end to end Compliance practices.
Experience with Cloud Computer Environment and Hyperscalers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Audit) programs.
Familiarity with security standards, practices, and certifications.
Professional designation or certification related to information security.
