This is an amazing opportunity to join an organisation who have a multi-million-pound property portfolio of commercial offices, retail, and leisure. As their Facilities Manager you will have the opportunity to apply your facilities experience to this unique site for people to share entertainment, eating/drinking, retail, office, and accommodation experiences.

As such, our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a "can-do" attitude and the abilty to project manage, work effectively with others and influence where necessary in a positive manner. As a natural completer with the ability to manage contractors and staff who also understands how a building works from an M&E point of view and posseses the necessary knowlege of health and safety legislation.
