BIM-CAD Engineer – Structured Cabling, Security & AV Systems

Experienced BIM-CAD Engineer with 5+ years’ experience producing detailed technical drawings and BIM models for structured cabling, electronic security, and audio-visual systems. Skilled in using BIM technologies and CAD software to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs across multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities -

Produce BIM models and CAD drawings for structured cabling, security, and AV systems

Develop layouts, schematics, containment routes, and equipment locations

Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP, and ICT disciplines

Maintain drawing standards and support clash detection

Update designs through all project stages, including as-built documentation

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM/CAD tools

High attention to detail and strong coordination skills

Skills & Experience

3-5+ years’ experience in BIM-CAD design for ICT, security, and AV systems

Strong structured cabling design knowledge (copper and fibre)
